Plastic Waste Shredder working principle
When the plastic shredder is working, the electronic control system is turned on, and the hydraulic motor drives two shredding toothed roller rotors. The two shredding toothed roller rotors rotate relative to each other, forming a V-shaped shredding toothed cavity. The shear force generated is used to crush the material. After the material enters the gap between the two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing cavity), it is subjected to the shear force of the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers, tearing and shearing the incoming material to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
