Cutting Unit working principle

When working, the cutting device is horizontally mounted on the roller crusher, parallel to the repaired roller surface, the motor drives the grinding wheel to rotate at high speed through the triangular belt and belt pulley, and then the front and rear walking device will slowly approach the grinding wheel to the roller surface until it contacts with the roller surface, and then the right and left walking device will automatically swing the grinding wheel according to the width of the roller surface to repair the roller surface, and repair it to the point that the grinding wheel leaves the roller surface, and then use the front and rear walking device to approach the grinding wheel to the roller surface slowly, until the repair is completed.
