Roller Type Mobile Crushing Plant product description
Roller mobile crushing plant consists of bin feeding integrated machine, roller crusher, iron remover, belt conveyor and electric control system. It is characterized by good mobility, small footprint, no fear of moisture and high degree of automation.
It can be used to process all kinds of solid materials with compressive strength less than 300Mpa, such as limestone, cobblestone, granite, potassium feldspar, coal, coke, chemical raw materials, etc. It is mainly used in building materials, iron and steel, thermoelectricity, chemical industry, etc., especially when the materials have great humidity (viscous) and can not be screened.
Roller Type Mobile Crushing Plant working principle
When the roller mobile crushing plant is working, turn on the electric control system according to the sequential order, start all the equipments, use the loader to pour the raw materials into the silo to feed the integrated machine to send into the roller crusher for crushing, rough crushing to the required granularity, and then sent away by the belt conveyor. When screening is needed, it is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen for screening, screening out different sizes of materials, and sent away by multiple belt conveyors.
If the silica content of the stone material is too high, when the roll surface is worn out faster, the roll surface grinding (cutting) device is configured, and the grinding device repairs the roll surface at any time according to the roll surface condition, and the granularity requirement is guaranteed at all times.
Roller mobile crushing plant can be designed according to the customer's requirements for processing capacity or different finished product size, configured with different forms (optional toothed roll crusher, roll crusher, three-roll crusher, four-roll crusher, etc.), different models of equipment, to accomplish different finished product sizes. The single roll mobile plant can be designed from 30-300t/h to meet the needs of different customers.
