Reversible anti-clogging fine crusher is designed for supporting the sulfur bed boiler coal crushing, construction waste disposal and a piece of equipment, consisting of the body, rotor, hammer, motor, hydraulic coupling, hydraulic opening device and other components. Because of the non-configuration of the sieve plate, to overcome the defects of the material moisture clogging; rotor can be positive and negative work, so that the crushing hammer plate uniform wear; discharge gap adjustable, resulting in the material size can be adjusted conveniently; the use of hydraulic opening the body, maintenance and repair is convenient. It also has the features of large output, convenient operation and low energy consumption.

When the electric control system is turned on, the motor drives the rotor in the body, the rotor drives the hammer head to make high-speed circular rotation, there are adjustable crushing plate symmetrically on both sides of the rotor, the crushing plate and the hammer head form a high-efficiency crushing chamber, the material falling from the inlet is firstly struck by the high-speed hammer head to the crushing plate, and then bounced back to the hammer head and the crushing plate by the crushing plate, the material is struck back and forth in the crushing chamber and collides with each other, and the material which has achieved the granularity is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the crusher.
